My morning gratitude for:

1. The Christmas tree smells that filled Home Depot last night when I visited.  The smell was so pleasant (even if contrived since they may not have been real) and got me excited for our tree decoration!
2. Changing light bulbs.  This is so weird but I love changing a bulb and seeing it work anew.  Don’t have a clue why! But I do feel like I am fixing something and I do feel the excitement of watching something new work…hmmm.
3. My mom and dad who I am thinking about this morning with so much gratitude and love.  They are fantastic parents and fantastic grandparents.  Today I am particularly grateful for their consistent efforts and texts and calls to me because of their value of family.  This keeps me connected to my late grandparents, my extended family, and my love of SoCal!
